Use the airport busses

Using the buses for the setup gives you all the flexibility and speed you need. When every minute and person counts, you should not waste time on tent infrastructure, when the buses are ready and fully equipped for the emergency.

The emergency equipment is obligatory but not at hand usually. Your airport firefighters or rescue workers are well trained and should be any minute at the help of the victims, especially in the first half hour.
